Atty. Jerome B. Abayon is a seasoned litigator and corporate lawyer with extensive experience in private legal practice. He is a Partner at Bathan-Lasco Baterina Abayon Law (BLBA) and a Managing Partner of Abayon & Condor Law Firm, where he has led the firm since 2011. His practice focuses on litigation, corporate law, and business advisory, providing strategic legal solutions to both individual and institutional clients.

He began his legal career as an Associate Lawyer at Gonzalez & Associates Law Firm (2009–2011), where he honed his skills in handling complex legal disputes and corporate matters. In 2008, he successfully passed the Philippine Bar Examinations, shortly after earning his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos – College of Law.

Before pursuing law, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of San Jose–Recoletos, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Business Administration (2004). His dual background in business and law enables him to provide practical and well-rounded legal advice, particularly in matters involving business transactions, corporate governance, and commercial litigation.
